Here we go...

I will be more organised!!!

First morning of my challenge and it's a trip to the shop for food at 7am.  As we got back late from our Cornish weekend yesterday (due to a blow out on the motorway), we had no basics...

Breakfast
  • 2 x wheatabix
  • Semi skimmed milk (very little as I loathe the stuff)
  • a sprinkle of sweetener
  • 1 x black coffee
