I have made the decision to make a blog of my journey to losing 56lbs.
I currently weigh in at a whopping 14 stone (196lbs) and have just spent a long weekend on the beautiful Cornish coast which would like to return to next year and feel more confident to try out some serious surfing.
I would like to feel less irritable, more energised and no longer waking up each day kidding myself that 'I don't look that bad'. So, with my new business now established, I will be blogging on how I deal with the stresses and strains of every day life and what I use instead of food to deal with it all. Whether I'm happy, sad, angry, anxious, I eat...anything...except veg, fruit and healthy choices. I will let you know when I succumb, beat or just get along with my 30 years of fighting the flab. No more excuses, no more chances, and as I've only got 6 months till my last birthday in my 30's...I would like to be around a lot longer, a lot healthier and a lot happier.
